Admittedly, the proceedings at the behest of the petitioner are pending before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Aurangabad (DRT). 2.

In view thereof, we dispose of the present petition, thereby continuing interim relief for a period of four weeks from today with liberty to the petitioner to agitate the issue which is canvassed in the petition before the said Authority, which prayer be decided in accordance with law. 3.

In view of disposal of the writ petition, pending civil application is also dispose of.

The applicant in the pending civil application is also at liberty to appear before the DRT with the grievance which is sought to be canvassed in the application.

The amount, if any, deposited in this Court be forthwith transferred to the DRT in the pending proceedings as prayed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
