This is an application for condonation of delay occurred in preferring the appeal. There is delay of 1174 days in fling the appeal against the judgment and order of conviction in Special Case (POCSO) No.43 of 2016 passed by the learned Special Judge (POCSO) Act/Additional Sessions Judge, Jalgaon. The application mentions that the applicant was in poor fnancial state. He could not get copy of the judgment from his family members, who had assured him that they would fle the appeal. Because of these reasons, appeal could not be fled within time. Though delay in fling the appeal is aaa/-
