The Petitioner desires that the unpaid salaries alongwith interest, be recovered from Respondent No.4 which is a private education society.

Respondent No.4 would not be covered by Article 12 of the Constitution of India.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the second Respondent Joint Director of Technical Education Region, Aurangabad has

2 wp 6098.2022 called upon the education society to consider the case of the Petitioner sympathetically.

We are of the view that Respondent No.2 should assert it's jurisdiction to ensure that the salaries of the employees are paid by those education institutions which are amenable to it's jurisdiction.

This Petition is therefore disposed off with liberty to the Petitioner to submit a detailed representation by setting forth entire calculations of unpaid salaries and the amount of interest that he desires to claim, to Respondent No.2, on or before 10.08.2022. Thereafter, Respondent No.2 shall follow the due procedure and ensure that the grievance of the Petitioner is redressed.
