All the applications for stay stand disposed of since not pressed by the learned Counsel appearing for the applicant.

Heard learned Counsel appearing for the acquiring body. The respondents i.e. the original claimants though are served, none of them has entered appearance in the matter. Learned A.G.P. is appearing for the State and the Land Acquisition Officer. Delay ranging from 533 to 564 days has occurred in filing the present appeals by the acquiring body. It is contended that in making procedural compliances and in obtaining sanctions at different levels, time was consumed and that is the reason the appeals could not be filed within the period of limitation. For the reasons stated in the applications which, according to me, are just and

(3) sufficient, the delay which has occasioned in filing the present appeals is condoned. The appeals be registered in accordance with law. All Civil Applications for condonation of delay stand disposed of.
