930.odt filing appeals under section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act is sought to be condoned. Avements made in the applications show that applicants were prevented by sufficient from filing the appeals within prescribed time. Hence, though the applications are opposed by Shri Deshmukh, learned counsel for non applicants, the same are allowed. Delay is condoned.
