PER COURT:- 1.

The petitioner seeks direction to prohibit the respondents from constructing cremation ground beyond the boundaries mentioned in panchanama dated 05.01.2015.

The boundary disputes cannot be settled in the writ petition. We do not have a joint measurement map on record. In absence thereof, it would not be possible for this Court to conclude about the encroachment and its extent.

The petitioner, if is aggrieved, can approach the Civil Court or any other competent Forum for redressal of his grievance.

As far as application of the petitioner for grant of land is concerned, it is for the

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
