The petitioners / applicants pray for condonation of 17 days delay and for setting aside the order of the learned Registrar dated 09/04/2018, by which registration was refused for non-removal of office objections in the writ petition.

For the reasons set out in the application and since the delay is negligible, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". All office objections shall be removed on or before 26/07/2018, failing which, the earlier order dated 09/04/2018 shall be restored. 3.

If all objections are removed, the order of the learned Registrar shall stand recalled/set aside and the writ petition shall be registered and placed for admission on 06/08/2018.
