PER COURT:- 1.

The present Civil Application is filed seeking permission to accept tender of M/s. Kalyani Enterprises quoting the price of Rs.74,27,000/-. 2.

We had under our order dated 14.01.2021 permitted the Sansthan to erect Gas Crematorium and hand it over to the Municipal Council, Shirdi with an estimated cost of Rs.57,73,322/-. The Collector has referred to the Government Resolution dated 01.12.2016, more particularly Clause 3.1.2.1 and submitted that if the quoted tender of the lowest bidder is in between -20% to +10% of the assessed price, the said bid can be considered. However, if the difference is more than the same, a fresh

(2) 909-ca-4847-2021 tender has to be published. The Sansthan took more than three months to publish the tender.

Considering the opinion of the Collector, the Sansthan shall issue fresh tender. The same shall be done immediately.
