Shri. Kakade, the learned counsel for respondents No. 2 and 3, on instructions, submits that, for this year on payment of charges as would be determined by the University, the University will provide the question papers in Urdu language. Shri. Kakade, learned counsel submits on instruction of one Dr. Ravi Sarode, Director of Board of Examination and Evaluation, that if for the next year, the petitioner-Society wants to get the question papers in Urdu then it should apply in advance for change of medium.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the petitioner shall pay the requisite charges for supply of the question papers in Urdu as suggested.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. .
