The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that his petition stands worked out in the light of paragraph no.6 of the afdavit in reply dated 14.09.2021 fled on behalf of respondent nos.1 and 2. He, therefore, prays that this petition can be disposed of. 2.

Considering the contents of paragraph no.6 indicating that the petroleum company is dealing with the representation of the petitioner and an appropriate decision would be taken in accordance with their policy / rules, this petition is disposed of. 3.

Needless to state, if the petitioner is aggrieved by an adverse decision, he would be at liberty to take recourse to a remedy as is permissible in law.
