This is an application seeking extension of time to comply the order dated 28.10.2014 passed in Writ Petition No. 3763 of 2014.

Mr. Gatne, the learned counsel for the non applicant submits that, the order of which extension of time to comply is sought is passed on 28th October, 2014. Almost eight months have lapsed, still it is not complied.

We have considered the reasons given in the application. By way of last chance, we grant three (03) months more time from today to comply the order dated 28th October, 2014. The civil application accordingly disposed of.
