We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.P. for respondents. 2.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the petitioner has remedy of Appeal against the impugned order.

In light of that, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy.

All contentions are kept open. No costs.

For a period of 10 days the authorities shall not take adverse action against the

Needless to state that, after lapse of 10 days the present protection granted shall come to an end.
