After hearing learned counsel for both sides, on instructions, they make submission that the order passed below Exhibit U-18 in Complaint (ULP) No. 130/2020 be set aside without making any observations on merit of the case. Statement is made by the learned counsel for the respondents the complaint is at the stage of recording of evidence of complainant. Thus, it is his submission that if there is a direction to the learned Industrial Court to decide the said complaint within a time bound manner, the ends of justice would meet. 2.
