The petitioners are before us seeking the direction to the respondent No.3 to take appropriate decision on the communication received from the respondent No.4 dated 25/01/2023 (Exhibit 'G'), whereby the proposal of the petitioners for being members of the respondent No.6 Society are under consideration. 3.

We dispose of the petition by directing respondent No.3 to take appropriate decision as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, within a period of six weeks.
