It has been held by this Court in catena of matters that the seizure of vehicle by an officer below the rank of Tahsildar is illegal. 3.

We have also heard the learned A.G.P.

In light of that we pass the following order:

ORDER

a) The respondents shall release the vehicles seized under the impugned panchanama dated 12.03.2019 (Exhibit-B) upon verifying the documents and confirming about the ownership of the respective petitioners and the respective petitioners executing the necessary bond to the satisfaction of the respondents. b) Writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
