By the impugned order the petitioner's nomination was rejected on account of the fact that the certificate stating that she is an agriculturist was not annexed with the nomination form. So also, document is produced on record at page no. 19 of the Writ Petition, the letter issued by the candidate to the election officer, wherein she has stated that she gave the certificate to one employee Mr. Kunal Kadam of the APMC, to annexed it with the nomination form. However, in the nomination form the certificate is not on record.

In view of the same, the nomination is rejected. This court cannot go into this disputed facts and relegate the parties to the alternate remedy.
