Mrs Kalalata Patil - Bharaswadkar, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant placed on record purshis dated 31st July, 2018. The said purshis is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. It is stated in the purshis that since the liability involved in the matter is below Rs.50 Lakhs, as per Instruction F. No.390/Misc/116/2017-JC, issued by the Central Board of Excise and Customs, New Delhi, the appeal should not be prosecuted and be withdrawn.

In view of the aforesaid purshis, the appeal is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of.
