The learned AGP points out that the impugned order dated 26.03.2024, passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Sangamner Division, Sangamner, can be assailed under Section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code before the District Collector, Ahmednagar.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that if such an appeal is filed, a request be made to the District Collector to decide the appeal expeditiously since a poclain machine is seized.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. If the appeal is preferred by the Petitioner within two weeks, we request the District Collector to decide the said appeal by following the due procedure laid down in law, within a period of 45 days. 4.
