Learned A.G.P submits that the DSR rates are fixed from time to time and the same are revised. The State Government has considered to constitute a Committee and on the recommendation of the Committee the DSR rates would again be changed. The said communication is received to the learned A.G.P on 27.4.2015. Further process must have undertaken by now.

In view of the fact that after filing of the Petition, the DSR rates have been revised and further now the Government has directed to constitute the Committee. The Committee would make

suggestions and thereafter, the DSR rates would be fixed afresh. 4.

In light of that, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. Rule discharged. No costs.

The petitioners can put forth their stand before the Committee if they so desire.
