CA_276_2019 application, taking liberal view the delay is condoned. Application stands allowed and disposed of. Registry to verify and register the First Appeal and place it for further consideration on 07.11.2019. Further, it is to be noted that this Court by its order dated 07.01.2019 had directed the applicants to deposit the entire decreetal amount.
