1] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to non removal of office objections, the Second Appeal was dismissed for non prosecution by the Registrar [Judicial] by order dated 11.12.2024. He further submits that he failed to notice listing of the matter before the Registrar [Judicial], as such, he could not remove the office objections within stipulated time. He further submits that there is delay of 98 days in filing the present application and the same is not intentional and deliberate act on the part of the applicant.

2] For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Delay of 98 days is condoned. The order dated 11.12.2024 passed by the Registrar [Judicial] is quashed and set aside to the extent of the present applicant

8062.25CA and the matter is restored to it's original position. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.

3] List Second Appeal for admission hearing on 07.11.2025.
