Heard learned counsel for applicants and respondent Nos. 3 and 5.

Learned counsel for applicants submits that on 24th July, 2020 judgment and award passed in First Appeal and allowed the appeal. In the said appeal appellant No. 2's name was shown as Gayabai instead of Gangabai. This Court by order dated 22th October 2021 directed the

applicants to approach the trial Court for correction in the name. Accordingly applicant applied before the learned trial Court and learned trial Court by order dated 1st April, 2022 corrected the name of Gayabai as Gangabai. Hence, learned counsel requested to correct the name of Gayabai as Gangabai in appeal memo and as well as in judgment passed by this Court dated 24th July, 2020 in First Appeal No. 1419/2004.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the applicant there was typographical mistake mentioned in the name of appellant No.2 as Gayabai instead of Gangabai. The said mistake is corrected by learned trial Court. Hence I pass the following order :-

ORDER

Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B' and hence disposed of.
