Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

There are concurrent findings recorded by both the Courts below, in the present matter, particularly in terms of the provisions of section 468 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the Courts below noticed that the claim was time barred.

In the earlier round of litigation, the order of refusal of maintenance passed by the learned Court below, was not resisted by the petitioner. In view thereof, no case for interference is made out. Criminal Writ Petition fails and stands dismissed.
