By order dated 26/09/2017 the petitioners/appellants are directed to remove office objections within a period of two weeks, failing which the matter shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. Since the petitioner failed to remove the office objection within two weeks from 26/09/2017, the petition was dismissed. 2.

Thereafter, on 09/04/2021 another order was passed by this Court on an undertaking of the petitioner to remove the office objections within the period of three weeks, the earlier order dated 26/09/2017 was set aside subject to the petitioner removing the office objections within the period of three weeks from 09/04/2021. 3.

Since the petitioner failed to remove the office objection within a period of three weeks from 09/04/2021, the petition was again

959 CA 5785-2023 dismissed.

Though there is a huge delay, in the interest of justice, one more opportunity is given to the petitioner. The earlier order of this Court dated 26/09/2017 and 09/04/2021 to be recalled and the writ petition to be restored only in the event the office objections are removed within two weeks from today. In view of the above, the Civil application stands disposed of.
