ORDER :- Heard learned counsel for applicants and the learned counsel appearing for respondents.

Learned counsel for respondents have opposed the application for condonation of delay stating that reasons, as are assigned to condone the delay of 181 days, are insufficient. 3.

I have perused the application and I am satisfied that the reasons, as are assigned, are sufficient to condone the delay. Hence, the order :-

O R D E R

1.

The delay of 181 days, caused in filing first appeal, is condoned.

2.

The appeal be registered in accordance with law. 3.

The application for condonation of delay stands disposed of. 4.

On registration of appeal, issue notice to the respondents.
