Considering the medical reason assigned by the Chief Executive Officer namely Sanjay Daine and the affidavit supporting the Civil Application filed by Shri.Anup Sayanna Shengulwar, the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Hingoli, the order passed by this Court dated 13.04.2022 issuing a bailable warrant to secure the presence of the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, is recalled.
