DATE : 26th October, 2021 P.C.:- Heard learned counsel for the applicant Shri Bilolikar. He submits that this Court (Coram: R.G. Avachat, J.) had given directions to conclude the trial within a period of one year from the date of committal, however, the trial could not be completed. Therefore, in terms of the liberty given to the applicant by this Court, application for bail was filed before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Biloli. That application has been rejected. Report of the learned Additional Sessions Judge goes to show that no witness is yet examined. He submits that, therefore, application deserves to be allowed. Learned Additional Sessions Judge while rejecting the applicant has observed that due to pandemic situation created due to Covid-19 the trial could not be concluded within the stipulated period. Report of the learned Additional

( 2 ) 929 ba 592.21 Sessions Judge was called regarding the status of the trial. In the said report the learned Additional Sessions Judge states that trial can be over within six months.

In view of this, learned trial Court is directed to dispose of the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of writ. Application is disposed of.
