Present petition can be disposed off in view of the pryaer clause, which seeks directions to decide the proposal dated 10.3.2023 by respondent no.2, which he has received from respondent no.3 alongwith recommendation dated 17.4.2023. 2.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent nos.1 to 3 and, upon instructions from the respondent no.2, makes a statement that said proposal would be decided within Eight (8) weeks from today.

In view of the said statement made, Petition stands disposed off with directions to Respondent no.2 to decide the proposal dated 10.3.2023 on it's own merits within a period of eight (8) weeks from today.
