It is submitted that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner was rejected basically on the ground that documents were not submitted. The proposal was not complete in all respect and deficiencies persisted. It is submitted that, now the management has submitted the proposal afresh by clearing all the deficiencies and submitted necessary documents on 16.07.2019.

In case, fresh proposal is submitted by clearing all the deficiencies, then the Education Officer shall decide the same on its own merits, in

(2) 36-wp-7154-2019 accordance with law within a period of four (04) months. While deciding the same the impugned order would not be impediment.

Writ Petition accordingly disposed of. No costs.
