Deputy Director of Health Services - respondent No.3 appears to have withheld petitioner's monthly salary since 01/02/2025 besides the requisite allowances. He is, therefore, directed to release the same except non-practicing allowance (NPA) forthwith and continue to pay the same until petitioner renders service. In view of the same, the application stands allowed and disposed of accordingly.
