According to the applicants seeking intervention, the ad-interim order passed by the coordinate Bench of this Court on 08.02.2023, has caused hardships to them since the disbursement of the amount has been stayed. If this order is vacated, the Applicants have no reason to participate in the Petition preferred by the Petitioners. Since this Court has passed an order in the Petition filed by the Petitioners, which has caused hardships to

In view of these facts, the Civil Application is allowed. We direct the Petitioners to add these two applicants as Respondents in the Writ Petition.
