Heard learned counsel for applicants and learned counsel Mr. K. F. Shingare for respondents - original claimants. 2.

Learned counsel for applicants submits that applicants have challenged the impugned judgment and award passed by the 5th Joint Civil Judge, (S.D.), Aurangabad in L.A.Rs. No. 276/2006 dated 21/09/2013 on various grounds. Hence, requested to stay the orders passed by the learned Reference Court.

Learned counsel for respondents submits that stay can be granted subject to deposit of the amount.

Considering the submissions of both the learned counsel, the impugned judgments and award are stayed till fnal disposal of the appeals.

Applicants shall deposit entire award amount within 12 weeks before this Court.
