The grievance raised in the instant petitions is no more resintegra and is covered by the Judgment delivered by this Court on 16.12.2014 in Writ Petition No. 6116 of 2014 and other companion matters.

For the reasons recorded while disposing of the aforesaid Writ Petitions, the instant Writ Petitions also deserve to be allowed and the same are hereby allowed. The respondents are directed to consider the claim of the petitioners for grant of two increments, as per the policy of the Government and in consonance with the judgment referred to above, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from today.
