The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the order at issue has been complied with, though the application filed by the petitioners has been rejected. Therefore, the petitioners desire to withdraw this petition, so as to challenge the adverse order dated 22/05/2021, which is brought to the notice of the petitioners by the Dean of the Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad, yesterday, when the copy of the order is placed before the Court on 19/07/2022.

In view of the above, this contempt petition is disposed off, with liberty as is prayed for.
