Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondents-State.

The applicants in above applications are apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 80/2024 dated 30.3.2024 registered with Bhoom Police Station, District Osmanabad for the offences punishable under sections 307, 324, 323, 504, 506 r/w. 34 of I.P.C. 3.
This Court by order dated 6.5.2024 in ABA Nos. 709 and 711 of 2024 and by order dated 15.5.2024 in ABA No. 795/2024 has granted interim protection to the applicants. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that in pursuance of the interim orders of this Court, the applicants have

attended the police station and cooperated with the investigation. 4.
It is stated that the investigation in the matter is concluded and the chargesheet is also filed.

Considering the nature of allegations made against the applicants and considering that the applicants have cooperated with the investigation, the interim protection granted by order dated 6.5.2024 in ABA Nos. 709 and 711 of 2024 and by order dated 15.5.2024 in ABA No. 795/2024 can be confirmed.

In view of the above, the applications are allowed and the interim protection granted by order dated 6.5.2024 in ABA Nos. 709 and 711 of 2024 and by order dated 15.5.2024 in ABA No. 795/2024 is confirmed on the following terms :
i] The applicants shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. They shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case. ii] The applicants shall co-operate with the proceedings before the trial Court.

In the event, the applicants violate any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled. 8.
It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail applications and the trial Court shall not influenced by the observations made hereinabove. 9.
The applications stand disposed of.
