Learned counsel for applicant purports to point out that, so far as LPA No. 53 of 2000 is concerned, there had been no objections in said matter and the matter had been ready for hearing. However, common order passed referring to, "All LPAs are dismissed", has also taken within its fold LPA No. 53 of 2000.

Having regard to the statement and there being no particular dispute on the statement on behalf of the applicant, it appears to be expedient to allow the application.

Civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and same is disposed of.
