We have perused the affidavit in reply filed by Prashant Prakashrao Digraskar, Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Nanded, wherein it has been stated in paragraph no.5 that the Government Resolution dated 07.04.2021 has been acted upon and the case of the petitioners, who have already worked in a difficult school / area, can be considered in the general transfers so as to be placed in a general school / area (simple area). The Government has also added some more villages to the said list and the grievance of the petitioners, therefore, is redressed.

The learned Advocate for the petitioners relies upon a communication by the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, to the Block Education Officer, Panchayat Samiti, Zilla Parishad, Nanded, dated 11.04.2022, which is marked as '

X-1' for identification.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. Naturally, the petitioners would be at liberty to apply for transfer to a general school area in pursuance to the Government Resolution dated 07.04.2021 in the ensuing general transfers of April-May, 2022.
