Heard learned Counsel for applicant.

The applicant is seeking recalling of order dated 19.07.2016 whereby registration of his First Appeal was refused for non-removal of office objections. There is also delay of 1328 days in filing this application. Learned Counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove all the office objections within two weeks.

In view of the same, the order dated 19.07.2016 stands recalled and the First Appeal be restored for removal of office objections within two weeks subject to cost of Rs.2,000/- (rupees Two Thousands only) to be paid to the Library, Advocates Association of High Court, Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
