Upon considering the submissions advanced the following order is passed.

ORDER

Admit.

ii.

On Admission learned counsel waives service of notice for respondent NO.1. Learned APP waives service of notice for respondent NO. 2/State

Pending disposal of the revision petition the execution of substantive sentence stands suspended and the applicant be released on bail on his furnishing bail in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in like amount on condition the applicant shall deposit Rs.2,00,000/- in this Court within eight weeks from the date of this order.

iv.

Bail to be furnished before the trial Court within one week from the date of this order.

v.

Failure to deposit Rs.2,00,000/- within stipulated period, the bail granted to the applicant shall liable to be canceled.

vi.

Criminal application is allowed in the above terms.

vii.

List the Criminal Revision Application for final hearing in the first week of August, 2017.
