This application is filed by the Insurance Company - respondent before the MACT, Latur. The application is filed for condonation of delay of 35 days caused in filing appeal.

The application is opposed by learned advocate for respondents. 4.

Looking to the fact that, delay is only of 35 days and that the claimants have also filed an appeal challenging the same award to the extent not allowing the petition, the civil application stands allowed.
