This petition is by original defendants, who have suffered order of injunction which is the subject matter of present petition. 2.

The defendants claim that they have also sought injunction in relation to the immovable property, in relation to which the suit is pending.

With the consent of the parties, the present writ petition can be disposed of with direction to the authorities to maintain status quo as on today and as such, is disposed of accordingly. Having regard to the age of plaintiff (72 years), it will be appropriate to direct the learned trial Court to decide the suit as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of one year from today. 4.
