Learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions, states that petitioner would avail of the remedies provided under Rule 7 of the Maharashtra Public Libraries ( Recognition for Grant-in-aid, Building and Equipments Grants) Rules 1970 and tender an appeal to the State Government. If petitioner tenders appeal with the State Government within a period of six weeks from today, it shall be treated as tendered within prescribed period and the same shall be decided on its own merits and in accordance with the provisions of law, after extending an opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of tendering of such appeal.
