Learned counsel for respondents state on instructions that the complaint presented by him to the District Deputy Registrar on 03.07.2013 would be withdrawn. Consequently, the order passed by the District Deputy Registrar on 25.02.2016 does not survive and shall be deemed to have been quashed.

In this view of the matter, grievance raised by petitioner in the instant petition stands redressed. Writ petition stands disposed of. It would be open for the respondents to avail of remedies available in law for redressal of grievance.
