There seems to be delay of 33 days in preferring the present appeal.

For the reasons stated in the applications for condonation of delay in para 4, and looking to the nature of the dispute, I am convinced to condone the delay.

O R D E R

(i) The application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).

(ii) The Registry is directed to register the appeal after due scrutiny as per procedure, and thereafter, it be placed before the concerned Court for admission.
