Prima facie the accusations do not constitute offence of trespass nor offence of extortion. Thus, except the offence under sections 452 and 327 of the Indian Penal Code, other offences are bailable. The injury allegedly caused by the applicants has been reported as, 'simple injury'. There are no criminal antecedents against the applicants. In-fact, the complainant and the applicants are living in the same lane. In consideration of all these facts, case is made out for grant of pre-arrest bail to the applicants on the following conditions.

In the event of arrest of the applicants in connection with Crime No.159 of 2021 registered with Ambad Police Station, Ambad, Dist. Beed, for the offences punishable under sections 324, 323, 452, 143, 147, 506 of

( 2 ) aba543.21 the Indian Penal Code, they shall be released on bail on executing bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with one or more sureties in like amount. Each applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer on Monday of each week commencing from 9th August, 2021 between 11.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m. for the period of six six weeks.
