PER COURT :- The proceeding is filed to challenge the communication of Civil Surgeon, Civil Hospital, Parbhani, by which he has to circulated the direction given by the Central Government, Health Department that the persons who have completed the course of '' Electropathy'' and Electropathy are not allowed to practice as the institutions imparting that kind of education are already closed and so criminal action needs to be taken against those persons who are practicing in this field. Today the learned counsel for the petitioner produced on record the communication made by the Dy. Secretary of the State Government of Medical Education and Drug Department dated 22.01.2018,. 2.

It is taken on record. This communication shows that such persons can practice subject to condition given in the communication.
