Mr. Humbe, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the appeal filed by the petitioner before the Scrutiny Committee is not decided since the year 2012. 3.

The learned A. G. P. on instructions states that, the hearing of the appeal filed by the petitioner is scheduled on 24.01.2017. The petitioner may remain present before the Committee on the said date. The Committee thereafter shall take decision upon the said appeal expeditiously and preferably
