DATED : 15 th June, 2015 PER COURT :- 1] Heard Shri S.S.Dixit, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri A.S.Shinde, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents/State.

2] By the present application, the applicant prays for prearrest bail since he is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No. M-16 of 2015, registered at Sangamner Taluka police station, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 406, 504, 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3] The applicant is the husband of first informant Asha. Their marriage took place on 6.5.2011 at Sangamner. It is admitted position that the applicant was present at Devla. According to the allegations made against the present applicant and other family members she was subjected to cruelty on demand of money. The allegations are also made against the other co-accused persons that she was subjected to beating. It is reported that all other co-accused are released on anticipatory bail by the Sessions court.

crap2461.15 4] Looking to the nature of accusations made against the present applicant, custodial presence of the present applicant is not required for further investigation. Hence, I pass following order.

O R D E R

(i) Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant-Sandip s/o Nivrutti Jadhav, in the event of his arrest, in connection with Crime No. M-16 of 2015, registered at Sangamner Taluka police station, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 406, 504, 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code, be released on anticipatory bail on he executing P.R. bond of Rs. 5,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.

(iii) Application is disposed of.
