In view of that, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal. In that event, all contentions are kept open. No costs.

If the appeal is filed by the petitioner, then the authorities where the appeal may be filed shall consider the application / appeal of the petitioner for release of vehicle within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of filing.
