As this proceeding is arising out of the record of rights, Mr. Wakure, learned counsel submits that the civil suit was decreed. The appeal is pending, therefore, the entries to be effected pursuant to the order passed by the Appellate Court. Therefore, the Revenue Authorities are required to take the entries pursuant to order passed by the Civil Court.
